ANTIOXIDANT DEFENSE:
As we breathe in oxygen, our bodies are creating damaging free radicals at the cellular level. How does this work? Think of an apple. If you slice it up, the oxygen in the air begins to turn it brown. Our cells are also damaged when exposed to oxygen. This cell damage leads to many of the health concerns we see in today's society. TYPES OF ANTIOXIDANTS:
